1 1⁄2 taza de Harina
1⁄2 cucharada de Sal
1⁄2 taza de Manteca vegetal
5 cucharadas de Agua fría
1/3 taza de cebolla picada
1/3 taza de Calabaza italiana
1⁄2 taza de Granos de elote amarillo
1⁄2 taza de Queso asadero rallado
1 taza de Pavo cocido y deshebrado
1 Huevo
1⁄2 taza de Crema
1 taza de Crema de Elote Campbell ́s®
Combina la harina con la sal, agrega la manteca y mezcla con las manos hasta obtener consistencia de arena, agrega el agua y amasa hasta obtener una masa homogénea. Extiende con rodillo al tamaño del molde. Cubre con papel encerado. llena con frijoles secos y hornea a 160 °C por 20 min. Saca la costra del horno y retirar el papel y los frijoles
Mezcla la cebolla, la calabaza, los granos de elote, el queso, el pavo, el huevo, la crema y la Crema de Elote Campbell ́s®, y vierte sobre la costra. Cubre con papel aluminio y hornea a 180 °C de 30 a 35 min o hasta que esté completamente cocido. Retíralo del horno, déjalo enfriar 10 minutos y sírvelo
