1 Caldo Tlalpeño Campbell’s
2 chiles chipotle adobados
1 Pechuga de pollo
1 rama de cilantro
1 calabaza picada
1/2 taza de chícharos precocidos
1⁄2 taza de granos de elote precocidos
1 taza de arroz
PASO 1:
Cocina 1 taza de arroz en dos tazas de agua, con aceite y sal al gusto.
PASO 2:
Cocina 1 pechuga de pollo, con cebolla, cilantro y sal. Ya cocida, deshébrala.
PASO 3:
Caliente el caldo Tlalpeño Campbell’s, y agrega ½ taza de agua.
PASO 4:
Licúa 2 chiles chipotles con media taza de agua y añade al caldo tlalpeño.
PASO 5:
Agrega 1 calabaza picada, ½ taza de elote, ½ taza de chícharos, arroz y pollo deshebrado. Deja hervir.
