Ingredientes
1 lata de Crema de Elote Campbell’s® de 430 g
12 tortillas pasadas por aceite
4 huevos
100 g de queso fresco rallado
3 tazas de agua
1 lechuga orejona, desinfectada y rebanada
1⁄2 cebolla
4 chiles guajillos sin semillas
2 dientes de ajo
PASO 1:
En 2 tazas de agua cuece los chiles con el ajo y la cebolla, escurre.
PASO 2:
Licúa lo anterior con la Crema de Elote Campbell’s®, el agua restante y la sal. Vierte en una olla, deja hervir hasta que espese un poco y retira del fuego.
PASO 3:
Bate los huevos con un tenedor y fríelos.
PASO 4:
Pasa las tortillas fritas por la salsa de crema de elote y coloca 3 en cada plato.
PASO 5:
Rellénalas con el huevo revuelto, ciérralas y distribuye la salsa restante en todos los platos.
